We strive to provide a superior travel experience to our customers, ensuring safety, comfort, and convenience. India’s largest OTA Makemytrip has recently acquired a majority stake in Savaari, thus placing immense trust in the brand to become India’s largest Intercity Cab service.
We are looking to add a talented and self-motivated Android Developer to our engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work on the consumer-facing apps as well as the vendor/driver partner app.
Must-have Requirements:
- Fluency in Native android development with Kotlin.
- Experience in developing location tracking mobile applications using Google Maps APIs.
- Experience in working with remote data handling via REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience in integrating third-party libraries and APIs (Firebase, Google analytics etc.)
- Understanding of the publish-subscribe model.
- Experience in creating pixel perfect android layout from Photoshop designs.
- Exposure to handling deep-linking, notifications, local data & mixed content would be useful.
- Experience with design patterns like MVVM, clean architecture.
- Experience with reactive & asynchronous programming using RxJava/Coroutines/Flow.
Good to have requirements:
- Good understanding of design patterns and OOPS.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have running medium/large scale project(s) to showcase.
- xposure to flutter with IOS app development is a plus.
- Experience in managing Playstore and app releases.
Experience:
