* The “Max Get More” program [“Program”] is exclusively owned and managed by Loylty Rewardz Management Private Limited [hereinafter referred to as “Loylty”]
* Loylty reserves the unfettered right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards, or the rewards conditions, or the computations of points, or the redemption of points, or terms and conditions of the Program anytime. Your/ the Member’s continued participation in the Program is subject to him/her accepting any new or modified terms and conditions that Loylty may come up with.
ACCRUAL OF POINTS UNDER THE PROGRAM
* Under the Program the you/members will earn 35 Points for every Rs.100/- [Rupees One Hundred Only] spent for bookings at www.savaari.com
* Points accumulated by you/member can be combined or used in conjunction with any other customer loyalty program only through Maxgetmore platform,
* The points accrued to you/member do not constitute property of the Member and are not transferable by operation of law, or otherwise to any person or entity.
* Points can be accumulated for a maximum period of thirty six [36] calendar months from the date of the accrual of the point under the Program. Any points not used within thirty six [36] calendar months shall irrevocably lapse and cannot be used for redemption.
* Loylty’s decision on the computation of points will be final, conclusive and binding on you/ the member.
REDEMPTION OF POINTS UNDER THE PROGRAM
* The Member may to redeem their accrued points at www.savaari.com
* On redemption the points would automatically be subtracted from points accumulated in your/members account.
* The points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used to obtain cash advances, or used against payment for any charges incurred on their card.
* Points are not exchangeable for other rewards or refundable. Points once redeemed in favour of Savaari cannot be transferred back to you/member.
* All redemptions are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. The redemption procedure and additional terms and conditions for each item will be set forth by the concerned MA and the same are binding on you/ the member.
* Loylty reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website [http://www.maxgetmore.com] or within Maxgetmore mobile application.
* These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions pertaining to loyalty program of participating banks. You are strongly urged to keep yourself updated with the latest terms and conditions.
