Kashipath- The Road to Kashi

Kashipath, loosely translating to ‘the path to Kashi’, is, as the name suggests, a road trip unlike any other. Echoing the peregrinations of the great seers of history, whether Adi Shankaracharya or the more recent Swami Vivekananda, Kashipath is an ambitious itinerary cutting across the heart of India. Traversing 5 states and 21 cities, the pilgrimage to Kashi is indeed long and astonishingly beautiful. Starting in Bangalore and reaching its denouement in Varanasi, the itinerary winds its way through the eastern ghats, the grand ruins of Hampi, the Deccan Traps of Maharashtra and the dense forests of Madhya Pradesh.

As much as this is a pilgrimage, it is also an exploration deep into the heartlands of India. We are immensely proud to be associated with the campaign, conceptualized by Swarajya, in the capacity of travel partners and we hope that this itinerary inspires many more of us to chart out our own course and follow our hearts.

Over the next 10 days, we will be broadcasting exclusive content around some of India’s most ancient and revered temples, heritage structures, monuments, caves and much more. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube to make sure that you don’t miss anything.
